About

Automation and development, built as one system.

I'm Ed Ivan Repalam, an AI and automation specialist and web developer based in Davao City, Philippines. I design and build the behind-the-scenes systems that move information between the tools a business already uses, so the repetitive work — copying data, chasing follow-ups, updating records — happens on its own.

Most of my work lives in n8n, Make.com, Zapier and GoHighLevel, connected through REST APIs and webhooks. I also build the front end those systems need — websites and landing pages in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS — so a new enquiry lands in the right place without anyone copying it across.

  • Built for production

Error branches, retries and alerts on every workflow, so a failure surfaces instead of failing silently.

  • No duplicate records

Every write looks the contact up first, by email and then phone, so returning people update instead of multiplying.

  • Documented for handover

Every step is named for what it does and written up, so the system is readable by whoever opens it next.

Featured work

Systems that run on their own, in production.

Four builds that show the range: AI agents, an AI content pipeline, and a CRM sync that had to be exactly right.

    AI Lead Qualification for GoHighLevel

An AI agent qualifies every inbound GoHighLevel lead and books the good ones with no human in the loop.

A qualified lead goes from form fill to confirmed appointment with no human in the loop, and returning leads update their existing record instead of creating duplicates.

How I work

Six predictable steps from first call to a live system.

  1. 01

    Discover

A free 30-minute discovery call to unpack the bottlenecks and find what's worth automating first.

  2. 02

    Architect

Every trigger, action and integration mapped into a clear blueprint before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Build

The workflows, integrations and interfaces, built on the tools you already pay for.

    Deploy

Moved into production with a walkthrough, documentation and every step named.

  6. 06

    Improve

Monitoring, tweaks and new automations added over time, if you want ongoing support.

FAQ

Questions people ask before we start.

  • Who is Ed Ivan Repalam?

I'm Ed Ivan Repalam, Ed Ivan for short, an AI and automation specialist and web developer based in Davao City, Philippines. I build workflow automations in n8n, Zapier, Make.com and GoHighLevel, AI agents and chatbots, and the websites and landing pages that feed them, for clients worldwide.

  • Do you build websites as well as automations?

Yes. I build responsive websites and landing pages in React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS, or inside GoHighLevel when a funnel fits better, then wire the forms, bookings and enquiries straight into your CRM and automations.

  • What types of businesses do you work with?

I work mostly with agencies, real-estate teams, e-commerce brands, coaches, and SaaS companies — anyone with repetitive operational work and a few tools that need to talk to each other.

  • How long does a typical automation project take?

Simple Zapier/Make workflows usually ship in 2–5 days. Multi-step n8n systems with AI or CRM integration typically take 1–3 weeks depending on scope and access to credentials.

  • Do you offer ongoing support after the build?

Yes. Every project includes a 14-day warranty plus optional monthly maintenance retainers if you want monitoring, tweaks, and new automations added over time.

  • What's your pricing?

Project-based pricing scoped after the discovery call. Small fixes start around $150, full workflow systems range from $500–$3,000+ depending on integrations and complexity.

  • Can you integrate tools that aren't on your list?

Almost always. If a tool has an API or webhook, I can connect it — even if there's no native Zapier/Make integration, I'll wire it up with custom HTTP calls in n8n.

  • What if the automation breaks after handoff?

Every workflow ships with logging, error notifications, and clear documentation. During the warranty window I fix any breakage caused by my build at no extra cost.
