What this build does
An end-to-end onboarding automation for an education provider, built in Make.com with no code. The moment a prospective student submits the enrollment form, the workflow creates their record in Airtable, generates a personalized Google Drive folder and a course-specific welcome document, and writes the folder link back to their record — so every applicant is fully set up in seconds with zero manual work. A conditional router automatically flags priority applicants (e.g. Business English) and adds them to a dedicated priority queue, and built-in error handling ensures one failed step never breaks the run.
