What this build does
An automated Make scenario that receives agent SMS replies, uses AI to detect the intent behind the message, and triggers the correct chain of actions automatically. When an agent approves a document it updates the transaction record in Airtable, sends a DocuSign notification, and confirms back to the agent. When an addendum is needed it flags the file and notifies for drafting. When a reply is unclear it updates the record and sends a clarification request with numbered options — mirroring exactly how a real transaction coordinator manages agent communication at scale.
