What this build does
Designed a fully automated lead management workflow that captures new inquiries from a Jotform form, stores and updates lead information in Google Sheets, and notifies the team via Slack. The system sends an instant confirmation email to the lead and automatically follows up with a Calendly booking link after 24 hours if the lead hasn't scheduled an appointment. Additionally, leads who already have a booking receive a polite notification confirming their status, preventing duplicates and ensuring smooth client communication.
