Created an automation that updates lead status in real-time when a meeting is booked via Calendly. When a lead schedules a one-on-one appointment, the Zap finds their record in Google Sheets and automatically updates the Booking Status to Booked and optionally logs the scheduled date. This ensures follow-up emails are only sent to leads who haven't booked yet, keeping communications accurate and avoiding duplicate outreach.
